I went to Mansinam island again this morning. This time I guided 5 visitors from the Netherlands. We went there by boat. We enjoyed snorkeling for approximately two and a half hours until low tide period when it was impossible for anybody to swim over reef flat. But we spent most of our snorkeling activity at the drop off area of the coral reef. I brought a digital camera which I borrowed from a friend of mine. The weather was very good that morning with bright sunlight penetrating through the water and onto the surface of the coral reef. So, I could take pictures of the reef, fish, anemone and sea star that I saw in the water.
There are a lot of coral reef areas in Manokwari regency. If you are interested in visiting Manokwari or other places in West Papua, please, contact me by e-mail to: peace4wp@gmail.com. I will be happy to organize your tour and guide you.
